A FEW WORDS FROM HECTOR ABOUT HIS SETUP:
"I like going fast, and my bike is good at that. This is largely thanks to the Sureshot frame. With its long rear end (13.4 - 13.9") there’s so much stability: you always feel like you can pull back more, get a little higher or hold a faster manual without looping out. I normally run a 21.7” toptube but am enjoying the increased responsiveness of the 21.3” at the moment. Not only does it feel good to ride, the colours and graphics are always some of my favourites. This time I went for the “blue groove” while keeping the other parts black - a combination that never gets old.
Complimenting the frame, I run the 28t TBT sprocket with the Substance XL cranks which make it easy to get fast (fast). The ALVX bars with OS clamp, together with the stacked stem, mean my bars never slip (regardless of how flat I land) whilst providing enough height for my bike not to feel too small. All in all, this is one of my favourite setups that I’ve run - it feels at home in the bowl, the trails and in the streets making it perfect for my style of riding. I can’t thank BSD enough for it, and for supporting me over the years!!
